sorry for the late notice but it took awhile to coordinate with the people at UIC.

I will be hosting a swim workout this saturday at UIC from 12-2pm. let me know if you can make it. some of you came the last time so you don’t have to fill out a profile sheet jus t the waiver but for the other people please fill it out its just for my record.
